Upcoming Dwarka Expressway a Boon for Residents as Well as Paradise for Investors

If we go with the words of  Delhi development Authority DDA planning departments , the upcoming Dwarka-Manesar Expressway will solve the traffic problems of the residents of Dwarka and other nearby west Delhi colonies. This is the constant refrain of DDA planners whenever faced with queries relating to poor approachability to Dwarka. Similar views were made by them in a recent interaction with the public organized by a resident body in Dwarka.

Though work on proposed 18 km long and 150 in wide expressway is still to start, the Officials involved are positive. “The Dwarka-Manesar Expressway is one of the main projects which is going to create a new approach to dwarka and solve a lot of existing problems, related to the approach to NH-8 from Dwarka. Work on the Dwarka side of the project will start soon.”

"Dwarka Expressway is definitely going to be a faster way to reach to Dwarka from NH-8, it was the need of the time." says Mr. Vishal Srivastava, Director of well known real estate consulting firm based in Dwarka Sec-19.

On the Dwarka side the proposed expressway will start from near Sector 21, passing next to the proposed ISBT in Dwarka. Before entering into Haryana near Nanakheri Village, it will also pass through phase 2 of Dwarka, including Sector 26, 27 and 28.

In Gurgaon, Sector 111, will be the very first sector on this Expressway. Tashee Group is coming with its project with the name of Capital Gateway in this sector. "Being the 1st sector on expressway makes Capital Gateway closest to the Capital City. It’s the major reason, why investors are more interested in Tashee- Capital Gateway." says Mr. Dinesh Sachdeva Director of CRE solutions.

Continuing through Sectors 113, 103, 102,, 37D and 88 of Gurgaon, the expressway will hit NH-8, near sec.76 of Gurgaon. It is expected to be completed in next 3 years. Officially it has been confirmed that HUDA(Haryana Urban Development Authority) will take care of the construction of Dwarka-Manesar expressway in Gurgaon and DDA will build the portion in Delhi.

The upcoming 150m wide Expressway and the sectors along with it has become the hub of so many reputed real estate developers of India and abroad. With the liberalization of Indian Govt, towards FDI in Real Estate, some well known foreign Real Estate companies like, TASHEE & VERDE, SPIRE etc. are showing their interest in upcoming projects along with  Dwarka Expressway. We can easily find out a number of residential and commercial projects in different stages of completion in these sectors near expressway.
